Palm Oil

palm-oilNow that food manufacturers is in the United States must mark their Trans fat content, and some, like palm and coconut replaced by more healthy oil. I was pretty happy for this change! I hope that more grocery products continue this trend. Undoubtedly, there will be a cry that palm oil is unhealthy saturated fat, ignorant people. Such as coconut oil, palm oil is wrong and unhealthy for tagging too long, when it is saturated fat, when in fact very healthy. 2 oil is in the tropical staple diet of people thousands of years and centuries to help people stay lean and healthy.

Such as coconut oil, palm oil is great for baking and frying, and is very stable and solid at room temperature, so it does not require hydrogenation and do not contain trans fatty acids.
